               Evening Study

               Evening Study is open to all students, though priority is given to 3rd and 6th year students. It takes place
               Monday to Thursday from 4pm – 6:30pm (nominal fee applies).

               Hot Lunches

               Students may also avail of a daily hot lunch, for a nominal fee. The food provided is part of a balanced and
               nutritious diet for our students.

               Sporting Activities

               We try to cater for all the needs of our students. The school is privileged to have teachers and coaches
               who give generously of their time and expertise in the promotion of these activities. Included in our sports
               schedule are: Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Rugby, Track and Field, Cross-Country running, Athletics,
               Table  Tennis,  Badminton,  Tennis,  Baseball  and  Pool.  The  school  participates  in  various  inter-school
               competitions with some notable successes. Supervised training takes place from Monday – Thursday
               from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. We use all our own facilities plus the local town Complex.
               During the year, organised adventure outings offer Transition students challenging experiences outdoors.
               Activities include canoeing, orienteering and hill walking.

               School Tours

               A  number  of  school  tours  are  voluntarily  organised  by  teachers  on  an  annual  or  bi  –  annual  basis
               depending on demand. These include language tours to Continental Europe, English trips to England and
               many subject tours within Ireland. The Bronze and Silver Gaisce trips take place annually to adventure
               centres such as Killary in Co. Mayo.
