Parents’ Association


                The Parents are recognised as partners in the education process and we welcome their participation.
                They meet on a regular basis and act as a representative body that:
                •  Represents the views of parents

                •  Fosters and maintains a spirit of cooperation between parents, teaching staff and school
                   management

                •  Informs parents of the developments in education and in the school
                •  Provides information sessions on Substance Misuse, Study Skills, Internet Safety
                •  Improving and developing facilities in the school through fundraising endeavours

                Parents who wish to become actively involved in the school are welcome and encouraged to join the
                Parents’ Association. You can email the secretary at parentsassociation@royalschoolcavan.ie


                Opportunities for Parental Participation


                The support of parents is essential. Here at Royal School Cavan we facilitate and welcome the
                participation of parents in the following ways:
