Irish Angus Beef School’s Competition

Congratulations to Rachel Alexander, Sophie Reilly, Barry Stratford, Kelvin McNally and Lloyd Hastings on being one of six finalists in the Certified Irish Angus Beef School’s Competition.

One of our new Calves

The students traveled to Cahir in Tipperary yesterday to meet their five calves which they will receive at the ploughing championships in September. The students will then rear the calves for 18 months under their given theme “The value of Irish Angus in Production System’s” until slaughter. The final of the competition will be held in spring 2020.
