Board of Management
Management of the day school is under the Board of Management. A Board of Management was first established
in September 2009.The Board of Management is appointed by The Protestant (local) Board of Education (Board
of Governors) and comprises of the following:
Board of Governors: 3 nominees
Parents: 2 elected nominees
Teachers: 2 elected nominees

The Board of Governors, from among the seven nominees, appoints the Chairperson of the Board of
Management. The Principal is the Secretary to the Board of Management. The present members of the Board
of Management are:
Chairperson: Canon Mark Lidwill (Trustee)

Trustees: Mr. Desmond Lowry, Mrs. Cynthia Poyntz & Ms. Dawn Graham
Teaching Staff Representatives: Ms. Isla Poyntz & Mr. Dale Robertson
Parent Representatives: Ms. Julie Marshall & Mr. Willie McClean.

Secretary to the BOM: Mr. Edward Lindsay

The Board of Management delegates to the Headmaster, Mr. Edward Lindsay and the Deputy Principal, Mr.
Padraic Corley the day-to-day administration of the school.
