with Ms Dennigan and Mr Patterson as part of our Junior prepared questions which we asked them. We arrived just in
Cert CSPE action project. We fundraised for our trip by time to see the new baby elephant born in Dublin zoo who
selling raffle tickets and we hope to have pizza for sale at has not yet been named. We all had a great day at Dublin

                                                                                              Sophie Reilly

                        “ROMEO & JULIET” PRODUCTION

Not many productions will issue you with an in-depth, The production was executed beautifully because of
modernised view of a Shakespearean play, however, the vivid characterisation of the characters by the actors
performing arts company “cyclone”, were more than and their amazing calibre at performing numerous roles
competent at delivering a riveting portrayal of one of the effectively. It is evident that the actors were assiduous
greatest plays of all time. “Romeo & Juliet” is the romantic with their performances and it was also salient to see the
tragedy of two lovers divided by their violent, warring tremendous amount of work that was dedicated to the
families. After studying the convoluted text in class, being production. This production was not only entertaining
able to visualise the play made this love story all the but was also extremely educational which is ideal as we
more interesting and fascinating. The company took an begin studying for our exams. The company expounded
innovative and refreshing approach to the story and this on features of the play that were not discussed in class
personal approach immediately captured our attention, which made the play more relatable. Overall, the company
which helped create a good rapport with the audience. orchestrated a mesmerising and memorable performance
The interactive elements of this play, allowed for audience and I highly recommend it to all present and future Junior
participation which enlightened and engaged students. certificate students.
Our thoughts and ideas were discussed throughout key
moments of the play allowing us to become a part of the Favour Ajogbe
          production.
