neighbours and friends. To promote ‘Name It’ a Facebook
page was created and posters were displayed around the
school. At Christmas in the backyard in Cavan there was a
craft fair, all the Mini Companies set up their products to sell
them and hopefully make a profit. Personalised stockings
were very popular on the day and fortunately ‘Name It’ made
a reasonable profit and left with some potential customers.
It was a long day but everybody was happy to be there.
After the Christmas break, all effort was put into preparing
for our competition which was fast approaching. Each
company had to prepare a business plan before the
competition which was held in the Slieve Russell in March.
