Art Competition
Last year in 1st year art class with Ms. Burns, we entered
an art competition that was held by the Cavan Lions Club.
The theme was ‘Children Know Peace’. The whole class
made great entries! I won 2nd place in the competition
for my entry and received a thirty euro voucher for
Easons. I was surprised that I had won 2nd and the thirty
euro voucher. I enjoyed painting the picture even though
it took a while. I went to the court house to receive my
prize where there was food and drinks. I hope to do some
more competitions soon.
