The idea for Latch Attach’s product stemmed from
the personal experiences of John Clarke and Steven
Armstrong. Both men work diligently each summer
and so experienced problems of over-heating. This lead
to the idea of the latch and when Transition Year came
around, the Mini Company programme offered the
perfect opportunity to manufacture the product.
The product is a 200mm box iron latch designed to work
with the door locking mechanism of the tractor to keep
